...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Arkansas, including the
following areas, Columbia, Hempstead, Howard, Lafayette, Little
River, Miller, Nevada, Sevier and Union, Louisiana, including the
following parishes, Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, Jackson,
Lincoln, Ouachita, Union and Webster, southeast Oklahoma, including
the following area, McCurtain, and northeast Texas, including the
following areas, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison,
Marion, Morris, Red River, Smith, Titus, Upshur and Wood.

While light rain continues across portions of the region, the
additional precipitation will only result in very light
accumulations before the rainfall moves out later this morning.
Additional flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please
continue to heed remaining road closures.
