The areas affected include... Hawk Channel and Straits of Florida from Ocean Reef to west end of Seven Mile Bridge out 20 nm... Bayside and Gulf side from Craig Key to west end of Seven Mile Bridge... Florida Bay including Barnes Sound, Blackwater Sound, and Buttonwood Sound... At 1016 PM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists detected a a strong thunderstorm, capable of producing wind gusts near 30 knots. This thunderstorm was located near Long Key Viaduct, moving southwest at 5 knots. Locations that will be affected include... East Turtle Shoal Light, Craig Key, Channel Key Pass Light, Tennessee Reef Light, Toms Harbor, and Long Key Viaduct. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
