Temperatures - Warmer than Normal

The average temperature at Rochester International Airport was 70F.
This was 1.8F warmer than the 1991-2020 normal of 68.2F.

The average high temperature was 79.6F. This was 1.6F warmer than
the 1991-2020 normal of 78F.

The average low temperature was 60.5F. This was 2.2F warmer than
the 1991-2020 normal of 58.3F. This was the 16th warmest. It was
the warmest since 2016 (60.6F - tied for the 14th warmest with
1998). The warmest was 64.9F in 1947.

The warmest high temperature was 86F on August 31.
The coldest high temperature was 72F on August 4.

The warmest low temperature was 69F on August 31. The coldest low
temperature was 51F on August 23.

There were no days in which the temperature was 90F or warmer. The
1886-2025 average is 2.7 days.
