Quiet and slightly warmer weather was seen across the region
following the winter storm on Wednesday. Skies were mostly sunny
and high temperatures were in the 40s to lower 50s.

Mostly clear skies and light winds tonight are expected to lead to
fog throughout much of the area, especially in river valleys and
in the favored cold spots in central Wisconsin. Low temperatures
will generally be in the 20s.

The dry and warmer weather will continue on Friday and into the
weekend. High temperatures on Friday will be in the mid 40s to
mid 50s, with 50s and perhaps even lower 60s on tap for the
weekend.
