Areas of dense fog developed across the area last night. Much of the
fog dissipated by mid morning, leaving behind mostly cloudy skies
over most of Wisconsin, and mostly sunny skies elsewhere. Low
temperatures last night ranged from the lower 30s across northern
Wisconsin and central Minnesota to the mid 40s from eastern Iowa
into southwest Wisconsin and northern Illinois.

Partly to mostly cloudy skies are expected across the region today
before a storm system begins to impact the region tonight. Plan on
highs today ranging from the upper 40s over northern Wisconsin to
the 60s from eastern Iowa into far southern Wisconsin and
northern Illinois.

Rain will overspread the region tonight with a few thunderstorms
possible. The rain may mix with snow and freezing rain over far
northern Wisconsin. Overnight lows are expected to range from the
lower 30s across northern Wisconsin to the upper 40s from
eastern Iowa into northern Illinois.
