Hydrologic Outlook
National Weather Service Gaylord MI
336 PM EDT Fri May 17 2019

...Heavy rain this weekend will cause rises on rivers and
streams...

A storm system moving through the Great Lakes will bring rain,
heavy at times, to the region. The heaviest rain is expected
Saturday night and Sunday. Rainfall amounts of up to 3" over the
entire weekend are possible. This will cause rises on area
waterways, especially smaller rivers and streams.

Right now, the heaviest rainfall is expected over eastern Upper
Michigan and the Lake Michigan shoreline of northern Lower.

Stay up to date on the weather and forecasts this weekend.
Additional products will be issued by this office to keep you
informed of the flooding potential.
