...Additional Thunderstorms Tonight Could Lead To Flash Flooding
Concerns...

Thunderstorms are possible again tonight with the potential for
repeated rounds of heavy rainfall. This rainfall on top of
saturated ground could lead to rapid runoff and potential flash
flooding. Areas across southeast Minnesota, portions of northeast
Iowa, and southwest Wisconsin will be the most susceptible to
Flash Flooding. A Flash Flood Watch may be needed if confidence
increases on where heavy rain could develop tonight. Monitor the
weather closely tonight, especially if you are in a flood prone
