...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM PDT
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...North winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt and very
  steep wind-driven seas of 8 to 12 ft.

* WHERE...Gales and very steep and hazardous seas beyond 3 nm from
  shore south of Nesika Beach with Gale force gusts possible as
  far north as Cape Blanco. Small Craft Advisory conditions are
  expected elsewhere.

* WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds and very steep seas could capsize or
  damage vessels. Low visibility conditions are expected.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid strong winds and very steep
seas. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds and steep seas could capsize or damage
  smaller vessels.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Small Craft Advisory means that winds and seas will create a
potential hazard to smaller vessels and inexperienced mariners.

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should remain in port and avoid the area of hazardous
conditions.
