...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM EST THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts around 45 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Carroll, Gallatin, Owen, Grant, Pendleton, Bracken,
  Robertson, Mason and Lewis Counties.

* WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 3 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
  Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
  result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will increase this morning, peaking
  around midday and then decreasing slightly into the afternoon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution when driving, especially if operating a high
