.SYNOPSIS...A 1022 mb high over the eastern Beaufort Sea will
move to the northeast as a 1023 high by tomorrow afternoon. A
developing 996  mb low will be south of Wrangel Island by
tomorrow. A 1005 mb low west of St. Lawrence Island will remain
in place but strengthen to a 1000 mb low by tomorrow morning.
