A storm system over the Mid Atlantic states will move north and
approach tonight. Rain develops from southwest to northeast across
the region with lows ranging from the upper 40s to lower 50s.

A moderate to heavy rainfall will take place during Wednesday
morning before tapering to showers during the afternoon. There will
also be the slight chance of a thunderstorm, along with some patchy
fog developing towards evening. Temperatures will average below
normal with highs only in the middle to upper 50s.

Clouds will remain during Wednesday night along with some light rain
and areas of patchy fog. The sky will clear into Thursday resulting
in partial sunshine along with seasonable temperatures.
