This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of west central
Minnesota, central South Dakota, north central South Dakota, and
northeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Pockets of dense fog this morning.

Precipitation with the next system will move in to western and
south central South Dakota tonight. Initially this may start as
snow, mainly north of highway 212 with some light accumulation

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday

As the system moves across the area early Friday, we can expect
snow initially with a change over to rain. This transition stops
somewhere around extreme northern South Dakota, and east of a
line that will run close to Eureka to Aberdeen and Watertown where
will see only heavy wet snow. There could be significant
accumulations which will make for difficult travel conditions

Spotter activation will not be needed.
