The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  North central Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia...
  East central Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia...

* Until 900 PM EDT

* At 828 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Belington, or
  7 miles east of Philippi, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

Large hail and damaging winds and continuous cloud to ground
lightning is occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
