...Thunderstorms over the coastal waters of the U.S. Virgin

Radar and satellite imagery indicated showers and isolated
thunderstorms over the Atlantic offshore waters and the waters
just east of St. Croix. These thunderstorms were moving to the
northwest around 15 knots. Additional showers and thunderstorms
can develop during the next couple of hours across the coastal
waters of eastern Puerto Rico.


Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and heavy rain. Boaters should seek safe harbor immediately
until these storms pass.
