...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 6 PM CST SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Areas of blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulation up
  to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of north central and eastern North Dakota,
  including the Turtle Mountain region and the James River Valley.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 6 PM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on hazardous travel conditions. Areas of blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility. Objects left unsecured
  outside will be blown around.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Slow down and use caution while traveling. Winds this strong can make
driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.The latest
