Strong low pres tracks across New Eng Thu with the attendant cold
front sweeping across the waters by Thu afternoon. Gale force winds
follow through Fri with less wind during the weekend. Ridge of high
pressure will pass over the waters late Sunday and est of the waters
on Monday.
