The Flood Watch for portions of Virginia and eastern West
Virginia has been cancelled.

The heaviest rainfall has exited the region. An average of 1 to
1.50 inches of rain has fallen during the past two days. Scattered
showers or a possible thunderstorm could still develop over the
region through tonight but should remain below flood criteria.
