...PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL AFFECT THE RAPPAHANNOCK RIVER, YORK RIVER,
AND UPPER JAMES RIVER EARLY THIS MORNING...

Areas of dense fog will affect the Rappahannock River, York River,
and Upper James River early this morning. Visibility will
generally be 1 to 3 nm, with localized areas of 1 nm or less.
Visibility should improve after 9 am.

MARYLAND COAST AND ADJACENT BAYS EARLY THIS MORNING...

Areas of dense fog will affect the coastal Atlantic off the
Maryland coast and adjacent bays early this morning. Visibility
will generally be 1 to 3 nm, with localized areas of 1 nm or less.
Visibility should improve after 9 am.
