Satellite images and Doppler Radar indicate a line of towering
cumulus clouds and developing showers, both capable of producing
waterspouts through mid to late morning.

If waterspouts occur, move your boat away from the waterspout.
Remember that waterspouts can develop rapidly and produce winds
and seas that are dangerous for vessels and everyone onboard.

Report waterspouts to the Coast Guard and ask them to relay the
report to the National Weather Service in Charleston.
