RAIN WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN BUTLER...NORTHEASTERN ALLEGHENY...
NORTHWESTERN WESTMORELAND AND SOUTHWESTERN ARMSTRONG COUNTIES...

At 803 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over McCandless
Township, moving northeast at 35 mph.

Wind gusts up to 45 mph are possible with this storm.

Franklin Park...                  Shaler Township...
Hampton Township...               New Kensington...
Lower Burrell...                  Harrison Township...
O`hara Township...                Bellevue...
Wexford...                        West View...

This includes the following highways...
  Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 33 and 47.
  Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 68 and 74.

Torrential rainfall also is occurring with this storm and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
