For eastern Utah and western Colorado, here is the latest weather
synopsis

The feeling of Fall is in the air with cooler temperatures, dry conditions
and mostly sunny skies expected today. A chilly morning to start the day
will lead to a cool, yet mild afternoon with highs a few degrees below
normal. Temperatures will warm up towards above normal levels Monday
through Wednesday under southerly flow. Scattered storms are possible
Thursday through Friday as the low pressure system over the Desert
Southwest lifts northeast through the region.
