.DISCUSSION...Breezy northwest winds will continue this afternoon
with gusts to around 20 mph possible at times. This will allow for
excellent smoke dispersal. Otherwise cloudy skies persist the
rest of the day with cool temperatures keeping minimum humidity in
check this afternoon. There is a small chance for a few sprinkles
through late afternoon, but no wetting rains expected. Skies will
gradually clear tonight with freezing temperatures expected as
winds and mixing diminish. Sunday will bring sunny skies, warmer
temperatures, and deep mixing that will produce low afternoon
relative humidity, bottoming out in the 25 to 30 percent range.
