.DISCUSSION...Northwest CA will remain under brisk northerly flow as high pressure
gradually builds off the coast.  A gradual increase in temperatures and lower
RH values will commence during the weekend.  West and northwest winds will still be
present but not quite as strong as Thurs and Friday. The northwesterlies are likely
to increase each afternoon and early evening hours especially along the Hwy 128
corridor.
