.DISCUSSION...

Surface high pressure will provide fair conditions and a light
west/northwest breeze today. Potential exists for some slightly stronger
winds in the mid atmosphere to work down to the surface this
afternoon. If that occurs, sporadic gusts of 15 to 20 mph are
possible. Humidity values should bottom out around 25 percent late
afternoon, although downslope winds may result in localized
warmer and drier conditions than forecast. The threat of critical
conditions is low.
