Chittenden and Franklin counties in Vermont, moving east at 25 mph.

Binghamville, Cambridge, Bakersfield, East Georgia, Cambridge
Village, Jericho Center, North Cambridge, Underhill Center, Westford,
Jeffersonville Village, East Fairfield, Nashville, St. Albans City,
Fairfax, Belvidere Center, Essex Center, Georgia, Cloverdale,
Belvidere, and Jeffersonville.

This includes Interstate 89 between mile markers 77 and 82, and
between mile markers 104 and 119.
