...A SNOW SQUALL WILL AFFECT SOUTH CENTRAL FRANKLIN...SOUTHEASTERN
ST. LAWRENCE AND SOUTHWESTERN ESSEX COUNTIES...

At 244 PM EST...A snow squall was near Horseshoe Lake...moving east
at 30 mph.

* Locations impacted include... Tupper Lake, Oswegatchie, Minerva,
  Newcomb, Piercefield, Wawbeek, Horseshoe Lake, Cranberry Lake,
  Star Lake, North Elba, Fine, Lower Oswegatchie, Olmstedville,
  Aldrich, Conifer, Wanakena, Newton Falls and Shurtleff.

* Winds in excess of 35 mph are expected with this squall, along
  with brief visibility down to one-half mile or less.

Rapid visibility reduction and potentially icy roads are likely to
produce hazardous driving conditions. If you are traveling and
encounter adverse winter driving conditions, reduce speed and make
sure headlights are on to increase the visibility of your vehicle to
those around you.
