Intermittent rain has started over the southern two thirds of
Delaware into Cape May County New Jersey and much of Maryland`s
eastern Shore. The rain will become heavier as the morning wears
on with temperatures falling into the mid and upper 30s on gusty
northeast winds. There is a s mall ice that ice pellets will mix
with the rain.

Meanwhile, further north across northeast Maryland, northern Delaware
and southwest New Jersey adjacent Delaware Bay, precipitation
will begin as a mix of rain and sleet between now and 830 AM and
then it may turn to snow by 10 AM as precipitation rates
intensify and temperatures drop into the lower 30s.
