  10 to 20 inches in the most persistent lake snows, primarily
  across northern portions of the county. Winds gusting as high as
  35 mph will also produce some blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE...Chautauqua County.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Wednesday. The heaviest
  and most impactful snowfall is expected between Monday and Tuesday
  evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult with very poor visibility
  and deep snow cover on roads.
