Montana Weather Summary

Partly to mostly cloudy skies across the state this afternoon.
There have been some scattered snow and rain showers, mostly over
the western mountains and northeastern Montana. Breezy to windy
westerly winds have also been observed, particularly over the plains
east of the Divide.

At 3 PM, temperatures mostly ranged from the upper 20s to the middle
40s, with the coolest readings reserved for mountain areas and the
plains of eastern Montana. It was 22 degrees at Monida Pass, and 45
degrees in Billings.

Tonight, any snow will be mostly confined to the mountains of
western and southwestern Montana. There will also be a chance of
freezing drizzle for some of valleys west of the Divide. Low
temperatures will mostly range from the teens to lower 30s.
