...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS IN THE VICINITY OF BIG
PINE KEY AND NO NAME KEY...

The areas affected include...
Hawk Channel from Craig Key to Halfmoon Shoal out to the reef...
Gulf of America from west end of Seven Mile Bridge to Halfmoon Shoal
out to 5 fathoms...

At 332 AM EDT, National Weather Service meteorologists detected a a
strong thunderstorm, capable of producing wind gusts near 30 knots.
This thunderstorm was located over Coupon Bight. The thunderstorm was
nearly stationary.

Locations that will be affected include...
Newfound Harbor, Cooks Island, Big Munson Island, Coupon Bight,
Little Pine Key, and Toptree Hammock Key.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare for thunderstorms with wind gusts near 30 knots, locally
rough and confused seas, occasional lightning strikes, and
potentially blinding downpours. Get to a safe port as quickly, and as
safely as possible. When downpours reduce visibility, slow down.
