...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Atlantic Waters of Puerto Rico AND USVI from 10 NM to 19.5N...
  Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM...

At 528 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms capable of
producing winds to around 30 knots and possibly waterspouts as well.
A funnel cloud was reported with these thunderstorms storm ealier
this afternoon. These thunderstorms were located over the waters
north of San Juan and they are moving slowly southward at 10 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
