Coastal waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach SC out 20
nm...
Waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC extending from
20 nm to 40 nm...

At 720 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from near Cape Romain Reef to near Capers Reef
to near Edisto Forty Reef, moving east at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.
