1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Winds and seas continue to lower through Saturday as
the pressure gradient weakens with a low pressure area developing
over or near the Lower Texas coast. Winds and seas then once again
increase and become adverse late Saturday night and Sunday as the
strengthening low passes to the northeast. Small Craft Advisories
may be necessary Sunday. A few showers are possible tonight with
increasing chances of rain and potential lowering visibility
Saturday as the light rain may become widespread.
