.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...At 1 PM, a 991
mb low was over central Utah and the attendant cold front was just
south and east of Southern California. Meanwhile, a 1029 mb high
was about 1,400 miles west of Point Conception. Strong and gusty
west to northwest winds through this evening will generate
hazardous boating conditions, especially in the outer waters.
Weaker onshore flow with a coastal eddy follows for Monday through
Wednesday.
