...Another Round of Heavy Rain Possible Sunday...

The threat of heavy rain returns to West Michigan during the day
Sunday. With soils across most of the area saturated and rivers
swelling in response to the two rounds of heavy rain that fell on
Thursday, an additional 1 to 2 inches of rain has the potential to
push some rivers above flood levels. In addition, locations that saw
the heaviest rain on Thursday will have the greatest potential to
also see renewed flooding of small creeks, low spots, and poor
drainage areas. If you live along a river in West Michigan, now is
the time to start planning for rising water early next week and
secure loose objects along the riverbanks.
