...The National Weather Service in Omaha has issued a hydrologic
outlook for potential river flooding...


This Hydrologic Outlook is based on both observed and forecast
precipitation. The rivers may respond differently than indicated...if
actual precipitation is greater or less than expected.

Later statements...possibly warnings...will be issued as additional
information becomes available.

Outlook information for
  The Big Blue River Near Crete.
* At  1:45 PM Monday the stage was 17.8 feet.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* No flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is possible.
* Forecast...flood stage may be reached tomorrow afternoon. The river
  may then rise to 21.8 feet Wednesday evening.

  The Turkey Creek Near Wilber.
* At 12:45 PM Monday the stage was 11.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.5 feet.
* No flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is possible.
* Forecast...flood stage may be reached late this afternoon. The river
  may then rise to 13.8 feet after midnight tomorrow.
