At 258 AM CDT, Rain gauge along Highway 90 near Cline has pick up 3.49 inches of rain in the last three hours. Intense rains continue to push to the north across northwest Uvalde into southern Real county. These heavy rains could quickly turn into runoff and flooding could be imminent or occurring over roadways, poor drainage and low lying areas and low water crossings. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
