.DISCUSSION...Light northerly winds at 1 - 3 mph, become variable overnight
into Friday with RH recoveries spanning 55% - 66%. Winds build out of the
west at 7 - 10 mph around noon on Friday, easing to around 3 - 5 mph by midnight
on Saturday. The lowest RH values on Friday will be around 30% in the afternoon.
High temperature for Friday will be around 81 while Saturday will be a bit cooler
with a high of 79 or so. Overnight RH recoveries span 53% - 81% into Saturday morning.
Lowest RH value Saturday will be around 38%. Light northerly winds at 1 - 3 mph build
initially at 5 - 8 mph by Saturday afternoon out of the west and continue to build up
to 10 mph Saturday evening
