.DISCUSSION...
A band of showers and thunderstorms currently ongoing will likely move
westward toward the burn area this morning. These slow-moving showers
and storms will be capable of producing brief heavy rain, lightning
strikes and gusty and erratic winds. Rain chances appear to remain
good through the remainder of this weekend, with a gradual drying
trend expected into early next week.

.TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Partly sunny (60-70 percent). Chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms.
CWR.................20 percent increasing to 46 percent by late
                    morning, then decreasing to 30 percent in the
                    afternoon.
LAL.................No Tstms until 0700, then 1-8 strikes until
                    1000, then 9-15 strikes.
Max temperature.....Around 86.
Min humidity........70 percent.
Eye level winds.....Light winds becoming east around 4 mph in the
                    late morning and afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........
 Slope/valley.......East winds 5 to 7 mph. Gusty and erratic winds
                    expected near thunderstorms.
