.DISCUSSION...High pressure will bring clear skies and light northerly
winds to the site tonight and tomorrow.  Seas will be fairly calm
at around 1 foot.  A cold front will pass over the site Thursday night
and northerly flow will increase to between 15 and 20 mph with gusts
of 25 mph from late Thursday night through the day on Friday.  Seas
will turn choppy to rough with wave heights of 3 to 4 feet expected.
