.DISCUSSION...
Hot and dry conditions will occur today with southwest winds becoming
west in the afternoon with gusts up to 16 mph after 1600. Winds decrease
tonight with a bigger change arriving on Monday. A strong cold front
from the north will lead to gusty, shifting winds from the west
initially before north or northwest behind the front. There is some
uncertainty with the precise timing of the front passage, with a
passage between 1600 and 2000 PDT expected on Monday. As low pressure
drops near the fire area Monday Night there is a 30 percent chance
