Generally light winds are favored through Thursday with speeds at
or below 14 mph. Directions will follow typical terrain
tendencies, but favor the west to southwest in the afternoon and
north overnight. The environment will remain very dry with
afternoon minimum RHs as low as 6 percent and recovery tonight
only to around 16-20 percent. Skies will be clear through Thursday
with temperatures several degrees above normal.
