.DISCUSSION...
Slightly cooler today with slightly higher minimum relative humidity
values compared to Monday. Westerly winds increase above 10 mph
after 0900L with gusts between 20-25 mph beginning around 1000L.
Shower and thunderstorm chances exist between 1300L and 2300L, with
the greatest chances (up to 40%) after 1800L along a cold front.
However, the chance of wetting rain remains low. Dry thunderstorms
will have the potential of producing outflows up to 60 mph. Mixing
and smoke dispersal will be very good to excellent between 1100L and
1800L. Drier weather is anticipated Wednesday through the end of the
week.
