Predominantly southwesterly to westerly winds will gradually shift to the northwest this morning and eventually to the northeast this afternoon; however, winds should largely remain light through early to mid afternoon. Later this afternoon into the evening, isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected across the area, which could bring strong and erratic wind gusts. Tonight into tomorrow morning, better humidity recovery is anticipated, with maximum relative humidity values in the 70 to 75 percent range.
