...AREAS OF FOG WILL IMPROVE OVER THE BAYS AND NEAR SHORE WATER
BY EARLY THIS AFTERNOON...

Areas of sea fog will linger over the bays and near shore waters
of the Middle Texas coast early this afternoon. The visibilities
are expected to range between 2 and 4 nautical miles.

Mariners over the bays and near shore waters should remain
cautions for rapidly changing visibilities and are urged to
exercise caution when navigating in fog.
