* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest Maine. Portions of
  central and northern New Hampshire.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Some areas may clear out before 1 am due to
  showers and a few thunderstorms.
