* WHAT...Temperatures between 32 and 36 degrees will result in
  frost formation.

* WHERE...In New Jersey, Sussex County. In Pennsylvania, Carbon
  and Monroe Counties.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM EDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if
  left uncovered.
