...HIGH WIND WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM LATE SUNDAY NIGHT
THROUGH LATE MONDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts to 70 mph or higher
  possible.

* WHERE...San Bernardino County Mountains, Riverside County
  Mountains, San Diego County Mountains, Apple and Lucerne
  Valleys, Coachella Valley, San Diego County Deserts and San
  Gorgonio Pass Near Banning.

* WHEN...From late Sunday night through late Monday night.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds could damage trees and other objects.
  Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile
  vehicles. Blowing dust and sand will also cause poor
  visibility at times.
