beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak stationary front will form
tonight extending E from near Cape Fear. A series of weak areas
of low pressure will move E along the front tonight through Sat
while high pressure builds E across the northern and central
waters. Weak low pressure E of the Outer Banks Sat will lift NE
through the Outer Mid-Atlantic Waters Sat night, then become
absorbed by another strong cold front moving SE across the waters
Sun. This next cold front will clear E of the area Sun night.
High pressure will build E across the southern and central waters
Mon and Mon night, then expand N into the northern waters Tue and
Tue night. The ridge will move E of the N waters early Wed, with
another cold front moving E through the N portion Wed and Wed
night.
