offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure over Nova Scotia
will slowly track NW through tonight before stalling and
weakening through Thu. A fast moving low pressure trough will
pass over the waters between early this evening and tonight. A
series of weak low pressure areas will slowly move E across the
waters Wed through Fri. A high pressure ridge will slowly build E
over the waters Fri night through Sun. The high pressure ridge
will slowly weaken Sun night as a low pressure system approaches
the coastline to the SW.
