New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...Low pressure just E of Cape
Cod will move NE and pull a dissipating cold front across the
waters tonight. A second cold front will move across the waters
tonight into Thu. The front will stall and weaken across the far
southern portion Thu night into Fri as weak high pressure passes
over the N waters. Another low will move NE along the New England
coast Fri night into Sat night, while pulling a cold front SE
over the area. The front will stall S of the waters Sun through
Mon night as high pressure builds S to the coast. Low pressure
will develop along the stalled front Sat night and will track NE
just S of the waters Sun into Mon.
