New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A high pressure ridge over the
region will shift E of the area tonight. A cold front will move
S over the waters tonight, then stall just S of the area Sun
through Mon night as a series of low pressure areas track E and
SE along the front. Another high pressure ridge will build S
across the region Sun through Tue night, then weaken Wed and Wed
night as low pressure develops S of the waters. The low will
continue just S and SE of the area Thu and Thu night.
