New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak low pressure trough
over the waters will pass E of the region early today before a
warm front lifts NE across the area later today. Developing low
pressure will track NE through the area today, then move NE into
the Canadian Maritimes tonight into Fri night while pulling a
series of low pressure troughs through the region. High pressure
will build SE towards the waters Sat through Sun night, then
move over the region Mon and Mon night.
