Guidance solutions remain reasonably well clustered for this week
and a composite blend still offers a solid forecast basis with
good predictability. A surface high well to the northeast of the
state will favor seasonal island trades into midweek. High
pressure will build and bridge to the north of the state later
week into the weekend to support an uptick in trades and breezy
flow. This pattern will increasingly focus limited moisture and
rainfall into windward terrain, with remaining areas of state in a
relatively tranquil weather pattern under ridging aloft. Later,
the forecast lifting track of potent Fausto to the northeast of
the islands into early next week should affect trade flow support.
